Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance records.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related queries.
Support performance appraisal and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company regulations.
Liaise with external parties such as government bodies, auditors, and HR service providers.
Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
Experience handling payroll and statutory submissions is an advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
