Able to speak English, if able to speak Mandarin will be take advance for this position.
Candiate must possess at least certificate related to administrative and HR or experience in administration and human resources management.
Responsibilities
1. To accurately record information and complete appropriate details on forms as required.
2. File job records and other documents as required.
3. Set up calendars and prepare documents for training, renew licensing, confirmation, appraisal etc.
4. Liaise with and reply to all the documents from the government, company secretaries and some company which has business with our Company.
5. Arranging interview, coordinating hiring efforts and onboarding new employee
6. Update internal database with new hire information and maintain physical records.
7. Prepare report and presentation on Human Resources for business review purpose.
8. Update Company Policies, post out memo, daily rooster as required.
9. Respond to employees\' queries on Human Resources
10. Publish pay slip on monthly basis.
11. Participate in improve Company Human Resource and Admin process flow.
12. Any general Human Resource & Admin task.
13. Any ad hoc from Management
