The HR & Admin Executive supports both HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth and compliant workplace operations. This role spans end?to?end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and daily office management.
Key Responsibilities
(Human Resources)
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Administer payroll, benefits, leave tracking, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies; ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
Address employee relations, grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Assist with performance management--appraisals and training initiatives.
Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for leadership review.
(Administration)
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep.
Provide internal communications support and organize employee events or engagement activities.
Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling and calendar logistics.
Identify process improvement opportunities within HR and admin operations.
Contribute to HR projects--recruitment drives, training programs, performance initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and/or office administration.
Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
In-depth understanding of HR laws, compliance, and policy implementation.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and record?management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discretely.
Demonstrated problem-solving capability; ability to lead or mentor team members.
Requirements

Malaysian citizen.
Possesses own transportation.
Work Schedule
:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. (Standby remotely)
