  • RESPOSIBLE FOR DEALING CONTROL RECRUITMENT PLANING BETWEEN HR DEPARTMENT & CUSTOMER
  • ANALYSIS OF RECRUITMENT PLANING SCHEDULE BETWEEN HR DEPARTMENT & CUSTOMER
  • CROSS CHECK PRODUCTION PLAN TO OPTIMIZE THE CUSTOMER NEEDS & OUR MANPOWER ALLOCATION
  • PREPARE DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTLY REPORTS ANALYSIS
  • IN CHAGRE OF INTERVIEW GENERAL WORKERS
  • IN CHAGRE OF GIVING BASIC TRAINING TO INTERVIEW GENERAL WORKERS
