Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a track record of success in various HR functions.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin(Advantage).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Willingness to work in Klang, Selangor.

Assist in Human Resource functions, including payroll management for staff & workers.
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Liaise with agents & governments for working permit processes for Foreign Worker.
Ensure all employees comply with HR policies.
Handle HR-related matters, such as leave records, attendance tracking, and staff welfare.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with ISO 9001.
Liaise with HODs and Line Managers in planning, executing, and organizing training programs, including applying for training grants.
Conduct preparations for company events.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.
