Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Administer leave management, and benefits
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and HR system management
Admin Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and general administration
Renew office licenses, permits, and registrations on time
Replenish office stationery, supplies, and consumables
Issue office memos, circulars, and internal communications
Maintain office facilities and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Manage office equipment, assets, and inventories
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities
Ensure a smooth and efficient office workflow
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR and/or administration
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR/admin software
