Position Summary: The HR Admin Executive supports both Human Resources and general office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, employee support, and compliance with organizational policies. This dual-function role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
? Help organize internal events, wellness programs, and feedback initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
? Liaise with external vendors for insurance, training, and other HR-related services.
? Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and generate reports for audits and management reviews.
? Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
Organize internal meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and visitor management
Support document control, filing systems, and administrative workflows
Assist in budget tracking and petty cash handling for office expenses
Requirements:
? Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
? 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
? Proficient in MS Office and ATS (Darwinbox is a plus).
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
