experienced Admin & HR Executive

who is a

fast learner with strong critical thinking skills

to support our growing team.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration (correspondence, filing, scheduling, supplies). Oversee HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Handle HRDF matters (e.g., training grant applications and claims). Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies. Assist with training, company events, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in BOTH HR and Administration.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficient in HR software (e.g., payroll/HRIS systems) and Google Drive.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fast learner, adaptable, and able to think critically to solve problems.

Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
