Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HR and administration experience, possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be an outgoing individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Support in performance management activities, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues and participate in conflict resolution as needed.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Coordinate office events and activities to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintenance, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company\'s compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory bodies.
