REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or its equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR of relevant industry

- Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances

- Should be able to conduct healthy negotiations and find a middle-ground

- Should have good knowledge of employment policies and legislation

- Should be able to work in stressful situations with strict timelines

- Extra certifications and trainings will be a PLUS

- Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality are a must

- Chinese speakers - PREFERRED.
