Job Description

:



To be responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administrative related activities. To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff. Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing. Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Maintain HR records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy. Perform office administration tasks.

Job Specifications:



Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus. Preferably Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience with knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant statutory regulations. Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
