Job Description


- Payroll administration - Handling employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries on all payroll related matter - Handling Personal File Management, Leave Management and Staff Resignation - Prepare and generate year-end report eg Bonus, Annual Increment, Form EA and Form E - Managing staff record and personnel policies - Prepare monthly payroll report and EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Tax contribution - Managing staff benefits and compensation (Insurance and SOCSO claims) - Application for West Malaysian and foreigner work permit (Indonesian & Expatriate) - Liaise with Government Dept and agencies pertaining to Industrial Relation, Malaysia Labour laws, rules & regulations and attending reference checking from outsiders - To assist Directors/Manager in all HR related matters
