Job Description


To process company payroll via bank transfer and cash using payroll software(Salary/EPF/ Socso/LHDN/EIS/HRDF etc). To handle company payroll (EPF, SOCSO EIS and Income Tax, etc) To handle the recruitment, renewal and termination of foreign workers working permit. To oversee the welfare of migrant workers. To handle recruitment & training of employees according both ISO standards. To control stationery, company letterheads, envelopes and others. To handle of administration functions such as company service maintenance, office equipment, IT. Hotel reservation & Flight booking. To update & maintain employee\'s training records and leaves records. To issue and record Purchase Order, relevant documents, letters and quotation. To handle the courier of documents. To handle the receiving of documents. To maintain a proper system of recording and retrieving all Correspondences/Contracts/Licenses etc The focal in charge of renewal of all company licences and monthly/yearly commitment such as MOF Licence/Poison Licence/Diesel Licence/Quit Rent/ Assessment /Puspakom appointment/JPSPN etc The focal person in handling in the drafting and implementation of the employees handbook. General Admin work
