Key ResponsibilitiesA. Human Resources (HR) Management
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Handle payroll administration, including the calculation of salaries, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Maintain and update all employee records, attendance, leave, and other relevant HR data.
Ensure the company's compliance with the latest Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
Manage employee welfare, relations, and assist in resolving any disciplinary issues or grievances.
B. Administrative Management
Oversee daily office administration, including the management of office supplies and inventory.
Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and functioning smoothly.
Assist in preparing administrative reports and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Account & Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in an HR / Admin / Finance role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR Information Systems (Info-Tech).
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and possess good time-management skills.
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
