Requirements
Prior experience in a
manufacturing or factory-based environment
is strongly preferred
Able to work
independently
and manage HR operations with minimal supervision
Strong practical knowledge of
Malaysian labour law and statutory compliance
Confident in handling
management-level HR matters
and sensitive employee issues
Fluent in Malay
(spoken and written)
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
, or a related field
Candidates with
Diploma in HR / Business
may be considered if supported by strong hands-on HR experience
Professional HR certifications, HRDF-related training, or labour law courses will be an added advantage
