The Human Resources and Admin Generalist assists in human resources and administrative tasks. Also, to help the Manager in the execution of the daily human resource and administrative operations efficiently and effectively in the Company.
B. Duties and Responsibilities
:
Responsible for Human Resources functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintenance of the employee's personal data such as annual leave, medical benefit utilization, etc.
Responsible for all HR documentation required for the new hire, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and all HR-related matters.
Responsible for processing and administering staff payroll, including staff incentives, commissions, allowances, and other staff benefits.
Liaising with outsourced payroll agents and HQ approved.
Responsible for monthly statutory submission to government statutory Liaison with all statutory departments in Malaysia.
Handling disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws.
Coordinate, administer, and execute welfare and recreation to promote a harmonious environment within the Company.
Responsible for all monthly reports such as headcount for office and retail staff, monthly leave is taken, payroll summary, and net pay report.
Handling staff insurance for GPA & GHS and all related matters.
Handle all types of HR letters and correspondences.
Handle employee Income Tax issues, including Yearly EA form release and Borang E.
Scheduling and writing minutes for monthly Department Managers' meetings.
Manage hotel and flight booking for the staff or per instruction.
Sourcing training materials or related.
Work closely with HR & Administration officers/Assistants in all spectrums of office administration duties.
Others:

Perform other relevant duties/works which the immediate leader may assign from time to time.
C. Qualifications
Min. Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with one (1) year or more experience in Human Resources & Administration,
D. Skills Requirement
All fresh graduates/entry-level executives/assistants in HR and administration roles are encouraged to apply;
Proficient in English/Chinese and other languages would be added advantage;
Able to work independently as well as a team player;
Applicants with payroll software will be added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
