Job Specification :

Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly. Identify, source, and arrange training courses to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and performance. Maintain and update HR-related records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review and improve existing processes, workflows, and documentation to boost productivity. Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws. Handle any additional duties assigned by superiors and management. Foreign Workers Management - To ensure the passport/ work permit/ employment pass/ visa application and renewal, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers are active by liaising with agent and immigration officers. To in-charge, handling, suggest, solve and rectify foreign workers' grievances or complaints.

Job Requirements:

At least Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields. At least 3 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure, specifically foreign worker management. Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure. An analytical mind and meticulous nature. Good communication skills. A good team player. Able to start work immediately will be prioritized.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
