Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Preferably with minimum 5 years' experience in Administration and Human Resource in FMCG industry
Possess good proficiency of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to converse in Mandarin and knowledgeable in QMS/EMS/OHSAS would be added advantages
Self-motivated and strong initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferable to start immediately
Possess own car with valid driving license
Tanggungjawab
A. Human Resources
Perform full spectrum of recruitment process, working with internal hiring manager to understand about hiring requirements and forecast of new headcount.
Support performance management system, learning & development, memo drafting, etc
Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
Draft work process (SOP)
B. Administration
Responsible for general administration functions of the company include review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of permits / licenses / general insurance, health & safety measurement, etc.
Manage ISO documentation & attend to audit for both HR & Admin portfolio
Monitor office maintenance. Ensure all facilities providing to staff is in good condition.
Support front desk when necessary
