Responsible for staff recruitment including job advertisement, screening and interview arrangement.
Assist in Expatriate working permit/visa application.
Handle all office facilities maintenance management, such as photocopy machine, printer, telephone, air-conditioner, water filter, office furniture, office supplies purchase, etc.
Responsible for transportation arrangement, hotel booking, meal arrangement for guest and staff.
Coordinating and managing 5S housekeeping in workplace, make sure cleanliness and hygiene of the company are well maintained.
Assist in payroll administration to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Assist in liaison with all local authorities, government statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDC, Immigration Dept, Labour Dept and related external parties on all correspondence in HR & Admin related matter.
Checking and verifying employees\xe2\x80\x99 expenses claim, leave application, etc.
Responsible in all employee\xe2\x80\x99s insurance administration and management.
Assist in overall HR & Administration matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior and the management.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in any field preferably HR related.
Required attitudes: Willing to learn, initiative, reliable, positive, independent with minimum supervision.
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Computer literate : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to interact with people at all levels.
