To prepare monthly EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and PCB LHDN submission
To liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance
To monitor staff claim and other expenses
To ensure employee data and record are kept up to date
Responsible for other admin related task
To administer and to support each Department for manpower request, movement and documentation. Hiring of new employee
To prepare employment documentation and arrange a pre-employment medical examination and to ensure a record of employment is properly maintained.
Manage employee welfare, employee facilities by conducting inspection from time to time
To oversee and support HR & Administration function and arrange all necessary paper works for office use, security access for authority department at various site location.
To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Degree in Human Resources and equivalents
Required skill: MS Excel, Word, etc
Able to handle EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and LHDN matters
Able to work under minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
