Responsible in the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee welfare.
Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
Handle onboarding processes: prepare offer letters, employment contracts, forms, and conduct orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee records, update UBS system, and ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation (attendance checking, overtime, allowances, deductions, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Manage staff leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance matters.
Assist in organizing training programs, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR-related letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and notices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in HR Management/Business Studies/Administration Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related field.
3. Able to work in a team.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Required language(s): English, Malay
