- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, with a focus on legal documentation, HR coordination, and government-related permits or licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, and confidential records.
Handle procurement of office supplies and service contracts.
Support recruitment activities and assist in HR documentations
Renewal of government (such as Labour License, renewal of passport, CIBD and etc).
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
