Job Description

- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, with a focus on legal documentation, HR coordination, and government-related permits or licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, and confidential records. Handle procurement of office supplies and service contracts. Support recruitment activities and assist in HR documentations Renewal of government (such as Labour License, renewal of passport, CIBD and etc).
Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent. Minimum

3-5 years

of working experience in administration with exposure to

legal, HR, and government liaison

functions. Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
