Job Goals & Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead Recruitment (end-to-end) Engage in full cycle of recruitment process Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to hiring manager\'s needs and requirements Manage job offer process and negotiating salary package Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates Lead Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Manage all pre-employment, onboarding and exit administration processes as required. Monitor probationary periods for new joiners and work with line managers on the relevant administration. Support all HR & Admin Processes Lead and drive continuous improvement projects to build Human Capital Sustainability in the company. Support HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll entry, issuance of letters, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry etc. Conduct regular engagement with employees, address issues timely and report to management on unresolved issues. Ensure employee disciplinary issues are implemented in accordance with Company Policy and Employment Act. Required Education & Experience Bachelor\'s Degree in any field. Work experience in Human Resource or Administrative roles is an advantage Preferred Personality Traits Must have: Detail-oriented. Problem-solver. Confident communicator.
