HR Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integrating new staff.

Payroll & Benefits:

Processing salaries, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely payments.

Training & Development:

Organizing development programs and ensuring continuous learning.

Policy & Compliance:

Implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Administrative Support:

Managing office supplies, records, documentation, and general smooth daily workflow.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Proficiency in HR software and general office applications. Strong understanding of local labor laws. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team
