Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
Prepare employment contracts and conduct new staff onboarding.
2. Payroll & Employee Records
Handle monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR reports.
3. Performance Management & Training
Monitor employee performance, KPI tracking, and appraisals.
Coordinate internal/external training and career development programs.
4. Employee Relations & Welfare
Address employee issues, conflicts, and grievances.
Support a positive workplace culture and staff welfare activities.
5. HR Policies, Compliance & Exit Management
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company SOPs, and HR policies.
Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and final settlements.
