Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Human Resource Management



Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Administer payroll coordination, leave, benefits, and HR records. Support performance management, appraisal, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.

2. Learning & People Development



Coordinate training, onboarding programmes, and capability development. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives. Track training participation and competency requirements. Promote a performance-driven and service-oriented culture.

3. HR Policies, Employee Relations & Compliance



Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Act as a neutral point of contact for employee relations issues. Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices. Support industrial relations matters when required.

4. Administration & Office Management



Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination. Oversee administrative services including records management and asset tracking. Support company events, meetings, and corporate activities. Ensure a safe, organised, and productive working environment.

5. Governance, Documentation & Support



Maintain corporate documents, internal policies, and administrative records. Support management in corporate reporting and compliance documentation. Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, consultants, and regulators when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT



Possess

minimum Degree in Human Resource

or

any relevant field.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience Fresh graduate are welcome and encourage to apply. Service-oriented and solutions-focused Discreet, professional, and trustworthy Process-driven with attention to detail Proactive and improvement-minded Collaborative across all departments Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
