Job Description

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations. Handle office maintenance, utilities, supplies, and service contracts.

Human Resources



Assist in managing the recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR documentation (e.g., offer letters, confirmation, resignation, termination, contracts, etc.). Support payroll processing including attendance checking, overtime verification, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and EA Form preparation. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Coordinate training and development programs as guided by management. Handle employee relations and welfare activities, including engagement events and grievance support. Support HR submissions to government agencies (e.g., HRDF, SOCSO, EPF, DOSH, etc.).

Administration



Prepare and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems. Manage and renew company licenses, permits, and certifications as required. Prepare applications and submissions for government-related matters (e.g., CIDB, HRDF, MITI, etc.). Provide administrative support to management and other departments. Handle correspondence, documentation, and general office support.
Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of relevant HR and administration experience

Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Experience in payroll processing and HR systems/software.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
