Job Description


1. Assist in recruitment process from for Executive and Non-Executive positions from advertising to onboarding. 2. Update of for all staff. 3. To arrange for training courses session as approved and coordinate with HRDCorp on grant approvals and follow up with training feedbacks. 4. Managing staff leave records and attend to enquiry on leave matters. 5. To execute employee relations activities in maintaining employee engagement to promote positive employee morale and motivation. 6. Receiving and recording of company gifts. 7. Assist in Payroll and statutory. 8. Assist for Insurance coverage for all companies. 9. Assist in the planning and arrangement of office space. 10. Assist in HR Admin Projects.
