Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • In-depth knowledge of labour legislation
  • Able attend to details and good problem-solving skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferable can start work within short notice
Tanggungjawab
  • Monthly payroll processing, handling staff disciplinary issues, compensation & benefits, yearly performance management, resignation etc.
  • Responsible for full recruitment activities include but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, references check, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment contract etc.
  • Maintain staff record and HR system.
  • Yearly submission of Form E, EA.
  • To ensure that the Company compliances to the Government statutory and submit the monthly contribution eg EPF,SOCSO,EIS,HRDF and PCB before the deadlines.
  • To supervise office / plant administration including on site security management and on site administration support.
  • Liaise with agent on handling immigration matters of foreign workers.
  • To perform any others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.
