This is an internship for Business or HR students with job scope covering HR, Admin, and Finance. No experience needed. Training will be provided. Finance (20% of your time will be spent here):
Invoice creation
Invoice followup
Data entry
General Book Keeping
Help with preparation of the periodical financial reports
Filing
Human Resources & Admin department (At least 50% of your time will be in admin, approximately 30% in HR)
Manage recruitment process
Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works such as, responding to email and phone calls
Assist in preparing and updating documents
Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
Any other tasks assigned from time to time

We are a small company with 8 friendly team members
Office located in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur (near Midvalley/Bangsar)
Nearest LRT is KL Eco City then 10 mins Grab. Or from KL Sentral/Pasar Seni can take bus 650 which will stop outside the office.
