Assist employees with entry procedures and onboarding arrangements.
Support the Learning & Development activity plan and implementation.
Learn to handle employee discipline cases.
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling, and coordination).
Help organize employee engagement and recreation activities.
Provide administrative support for various HR-related matters and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Internship duration: Minimum
3 months
(preferably
6 months or longer
).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willing to learn and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
