Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, etc.
3. Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS)
4. Language Proficiency
- Able to communicate effectively in English (and other required languages)
5. Other Requirements
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
