Renew office infrastructure service contracts and coordination of service arrangement eg. Air conditioner, pest control, canteen and grocery, vending machines, water & air purifier, and etc.
Booking and coordination of any accommodation and transportation arrangement for staff from outstation or expatriate.
Issue PR, coordination with procurement on any orders and maintain Company's property record and its movement.
Assist on on-boarding process including orientation.
Assist on FW passport & permit renewal or resignation process, FOMEMA arrangement, bank opening & update arrangement.
Assist to update FW renewal documents in HR System & SOCSO.
Handling FW holidays arrangement & movement update.
Handling petty cash management.
Coordination work on festival, birthday, and others event.
Assist on general insurance claim submission.
Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office Applications
