?Plan overall HR strategies/systems/tactics/procedures,
?Recruitment activities including JD update, Personnel relocating/change,
?Maintain employee records of attendance/payroll/SOCSO/EPF/EIS,
?Performance evaluation
?Training, award/disciplinary action
?Benefit package,health and safety environment/company equipments management
(General affairs)
?Asset purchase/management,
?fire/crime prevention,
?Office contract/management including construction and maintenance
Salary 7500~10000 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements (Must)
?Experience of setting up an HR department
?At least 5 years experience of Organizational Development in HR such as planning HR strategies/systems/tactics/procedures
? Good communication in English
