Our client is an established Japanese manufacturing company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Location: Kulai, Johor
  • Industry: Manufacturing of precision plastic parts
  • To plan, coordinate, manage all the administrative procedures and system
  • To ensure operations adhere to polices , safety and regulation
  • Human resource management
  • To perform training and development
  • To oversee the operation of the Admin department, set goals, target and design a framework to achieve
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in business administration or relative field
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR / Administration Manager
  • Experience with the financial and facilities management process
  • Very good understanding of office management processes
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management skills
