Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage office administration, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, IT coordination, utilities, and maintenance.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative functions.
Oversee budgeting and cost control for office administration.
Maintain and update company documentation, permits, licenses, regulatory submissions and assist with compliance documentation.
Organize meetings, events, and company functions, prepare HR and admin reports for management review.

Compliance & Risk Management
Keep track of market trends, competitor analysis, and government regulations in the EV sector.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international automotive laws.
Liaise with government agencies, investors, and industry bodies for partnerships and approvals.
Identify and mitigate operational risks related to administration and executive functions.

Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Assist in handling inquiries and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.
4.
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and manage HRIS system updates.
Process monthly payroll, including attendance, OT, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, industrial relations regulations, and company HR policies.
Coordinate staff training (technical, compliance, and soft skills) and manage HRDF claims.
Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
