Job Objectives:
1. Formulate, Review & Implement Human Resource procedures and policies for the company, ensure they are up to date and in accordance with changes made from time to time.
2. Ensure HR Department performs necessary duties and responsibilities in an effective manner.
3. Review & evaluate Standardize Compensation & Benefits administration for the company.
4. Oversee and manage general welfare issues related to disciplinary, hostel, transport, sports & recreation activities.
5. Handle employee disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, if necessary.
6. Liaise with relevant authorities, namely Immigration and Home Ministry on renewals, application for foreign workers.
7. Undertake & liaise closely with the respective Department Head to ensure manpower planning, as well as process of recruitment and selection are well defined and effective.
8. Oversee and manage the security section with high emphasis on developing and maintaining an effective and disciplined security team.
9. Facilitate and drive Training and Development requirements for all levels.
10. Oversee and manage housekeeping activities and cleanliness of the Company premises.
11. Responsible for monthly payroll results and ensure timely salary payout.
12. Prepare monthly report, yearly departmental business plan and budget.
13. Oversee and manage purchases of indirect material and miscellaneous items.
14. Verify and approve PR, PO and Invoices related to HR expenses and miscellaneous items.
15. Oversee and manage the IT department.
16. Participate in Safety Committees activities eg. audit, fire drill & evacuation activities & etc.
17. Ensure legal compliance of government standards and drive continual activities.
18. Liaison with government agencies, FMM and update to management on any changes of related government regulatory and ensure adherence.
19. Conduct surveys for management reference i.e. market remuneration survey within relevant/similar industry, job satisfaction survey.
20. Support Global HR as and when necessary.
21. As directed, to perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work.

Job Requirements:
1. Degree in management field with minimum 5-year experience in related field.
2. Experience in HR with full knowledge of Labor Law and Foreign Workers management.
3. Able to work independently and resourceful
4. Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Local Dialects
5. Strong interpersonal skill
6. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
7. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
8. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
