- Age: max at 45 years old, prefer candidate below 40 years old, open to Female or Male, must be Chinese
- Education level: At least Diploma, do not mind if don\xe2\x80\x99t have Degree cert if they are from Manufacturing background
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of managerial level from Manufacturing industry
- Know Labour Law and able to process VISA for foreign workers
- Company payroll, OT calculation. All types of leaves control. (AL, MC, PL, ML etc)
- Attend to foreign workers recruitment, hostel arrangement, passport and permit renewal.
- Conduct Domestic Inquiry and employee offboarding process.
- Identifies hiring needs, develops job description, recruitment plan, organization chart. Oversee division/department accountabilities and operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and industrial relations.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Complies with HR laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
