Job Description


  • Bachelor/Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadline.
  • Responsible, punctual and willing to do person
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
  • Cheerful & caring personality.
  • Good event organizer, creative, innovative and enjoy participation in social media & multi media.
  • Able to work under min supervision
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, resolving staff disciplinary issues, review HR policies and procedures and etc.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and attend to any queries on HR issues.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
  • Manage employee relations and welfare. Responsible for the management and maintenance services of office equipment, building, stationery, company licenses, cleaner schedule , despatch schedule and etc.
  • Assist in technical support for common IT issues include facebook, company profile , website and etc.
  • Organize and arrange monthly team meeting, company trip, premium gift, hampers, competition, office actiivities & event include photobook & video.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
