Ensure daily administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating, and following up on pending matters.
Maintain and evaluate office assets, equipment, and supplies i.e. furniture and fixtures.
Handling clerical and administrative duties such as monitoring office stationaries, and supplies, office equipment maintenance, etc.
To work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, and build morale, and productivity including training coordination and company events.
Handle monthly payroll computation, processing and administration (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory matter. Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs, and liaising with government bodies requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
Update and maintain worker\'s profile, attendance, leave, medical and expenses on a monthly basis, and training records and worker insurance.
Maintain admin records and the filling system.
To ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations.
Other ad-hoc HR and Admin duties and initiatives assigned
