Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Oversee the full spectrum of HR duties, including leaves, training, recruitment, and managing onboarding and exit processes. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, and organization chart to ensure accuracy and compliance. \xc2\xb7 Manage staff welfare and benefits programs, handling employee disciplinary issues and addressing grievances. \xc2\xb7 Take full responsibility for the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and prepare timely submissions of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and INCOME TAX). \xc2\xb7 Analyse and implement manpower needs to ensure adequate staffing for the warehouse operations. \xc2\xb7 Follow up Area Executive\xe2\x80\x99s work schedules and plans. \xc2\xb7 Prepare various employment-related correspondence, including confirmation letters, resignation letters, HR Memo, and other official documents. \xc2\xb7 Prepare meeting agendas and minutes as required, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support, including maintaining uniform inventory reports and handling office-related tasks. \xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact for all outlets regarding expenses claims, office management, and rental matters. \xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage travel arrangements, including flight tickets and hotel bookings. \xc2\xb7 Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as required by senior management.
