Job Description

Main Responsibilities:



1. Human Resources



Recruitment & Staffing:

Fully responsible for recruitment for the Malaysian branch, including posting job openings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and handling onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees from both China and Malaysia.

Employee Relations Management:

Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations, handle employee inquiries and complaints, organize team-building activities, and strengthen team cohesion.

Payroll & Benefits:

Responsible for monthly attendance tracking, payroll calculation, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws; manage employee social security, medical insurance, and other statutory benefits.

Policies & Training:

Assist in developing and improving localized HR and administrative management policies; organize and conduct onboarding and on-the-job training for employees.

Compliance:

Ensure all HR operations fully comply with Malaysian labor laws and other relevant regulations.

2. Administration



Daily Office Management:

Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office environment, purchasing and managing office supplies, and overseeing fixed assets.

Support for Expat Employees:

Provide necessary administrative support for dispatched Chinese employees, such as assistance with visas, work permits, and residence permits.

Logistics & Facilities:

Manage company vehicles, property, cleaning, security, and other service providers, ensuring quality of service.

Document & Record Management:

Establish and maintain systems for HR and administrative documents and records.

Requirements:


Basic Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in HR or comprehensive administrative work; experience in manufacturing or Chinese companies' Malaysian branches is preferred. For Chinese applicants: Native Chinese speaker with good Malay communication skills. For Malaysian applicants: Native Malay speaker with good Chinese communication skills preferred. (Core requirement: able to act as a communication bridge between Chinese and Malaysian teams) Knowledge of laws: Familiar with Malaysian labor laws, social security policies, and relevant administrative approval procedures. Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Strong business acumen, adaptability to cross-cultural working environments, and willingness to be based in Malaysia.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
