HR & Admin Officer

Principal duties

\xc2\xa7 Conduct job evaluations, participate in salary surveys through networking or published salary surveys from Consultants/ Associations within manufacturing industries to determine competitive wage rate, and conduct other analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organisation\'s compensation and benefit programmes.

\xc2\xa7 Handle all personnel administration and payroll in compliance with government legislation.

\xc2\xa7 Comply and apply company policies and opertional procedures and ensure that they are strictly adhered to at all time.

\xc2\xa7 Administer benefits programs such as leave administration, Group insurance, and employee assistance.

\xc2\xa7 Monitor the turnover of staff and responsible for the monthly inclusion and deletion under the Group Hospitalisation & Surgical insurance and Group Personal ccident insurance and claims.

\xc2\xa7 Ensure statutory filings are submitted on time.

\xc2\xa7 Submission of tax filings to IRB.

Secondary duties

\xc2\xa7 Assist in weekly and monthly management reporting to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.

\xc2\xa7 Assist the Assistant HR & Admin manager in the area of succession and career planning.

\xc2\xa7 Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons for separation.

\xc2\xa7 Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements

\xc2\xa7 At least Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent qualification.

\xc2\xa7 Experience in HR handling payroll. Familiar with iFlexi HRMS will be added advantage.

\xc2\xa7 Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and local regulations.

\xc2\xa7 Possess high level integrity and able to always maintain high degree of confidentiality.

\xc2\xa7 Good communication and interpersonal skills able to interact well with both internal and external.

\xc2\xa7 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

\xc2\xa7 Trilingual in Malay, English and Mandarin will be ideal.
