Support the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee welfare & relations
Monitor the progress of the annual performance appraisal and work closely with managers to ensure that the performance management cycle is complete.
Providing HRIS support for all SuccessFactors related matters
Ensure all required information and employee data are accurately maintained and updated promptly in SucessFactors and e-Pfile.
Support in recruitment processes from posting of job advertisements, candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding arrangement.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll and claims processing including checking of timesheet, business expense claims and cash advance requests
Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence such as employment letter, terminate contracts, prepare acceptance of resignation or termination letter etc
Assist in facilitating learning and development plans, in-house and external training for all staff
Provide full support in enrolment, administration and renewal of employees\' group insurance.
Manage employees\' queries on HR matters
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities.
Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned
What you need:
Degree in Business Studies/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as HR Generalist preferable in Industrial industry
Familiar with local employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices
Able to handle sensitive and private information with high confidentiality
Meticulous, resourceful, disciplined, self-motivated with great initiative, able to work independently & within teams in a fast paced and challenging environment
Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
