Assist with recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening candidates).
Support onboarding processes - preparing documents, ID cards, and briefing materials.
Help maintain employee records, files, and databases.
Assist in HR documentation (letters, memo, forms, contracts).
Support payroll preparation (attendance, claims checking - if required).
Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance requirements.
Administration
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and office maintenance requests.
Support coordination of meetings (booking rooms, preparing materials, taking minutes).
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
Assist reception tasks when needed (visitors, calls).
Help in preparing reports, letters, and simple correspondence.

Pay: RM2,128.66 - RM5,122.68 per month
