Summary:
As a HR & Administration Executive, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR & Administration duties and operations.
Monitor and manage staff attendance, leaves, and expenses claim.
Arrangement for the new recruit and resignation staff all the related matters.
Arrange flight, accommodation and transportation.
Maintain and manage office assets, office equipment, stationary and supplier such as uniform, pest control, air-con servicing, cleanliness.
Ensure daily administrative task which includes documentation, filling correspondences, coordination and following up on pending matters.
Liaise and manage with all government related matters (water, electricity, bill, permits, insurance, business licenses & signboards etc).
Manage company motor vehicles (road tax and insurance), company's properties (rentals and management)
Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
