Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Support the administration of payroll and compensation programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management on HR trends and issues.
