We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations and HR functions. This role involves handling administrative duties, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding/offboarding, and organizing internal staff activities.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative affairs such as document filing, mail handling, and office supplies management
Assist with procurement of office materials and service coordination; manage reimbursement and expense records
Maintain and update company licenses, certificates, and relevant documentation
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate reception
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure HR files are up to date
Organize internal staff activities including team bonding events, staff gatherings, birthday celebrations, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles
Proficient in both English and Chinese, to communicate with Chinese-speaking team members and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, responsible, patient, and proactive in work execution
Cheerful personality with good emotional management abilities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
