Description:

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The HR Administrator is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of both Human Resources and Learning & Development, assisting the Human Resources Leaders with the implementation of Hyatt\'s People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity, preferably with work experience in hospitality industry.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Good problem solving, administrative, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
