We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Administrator
to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks including payroll processing, recruitment activities, and supporting management with additional assignments as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and company channels.
Screen resumes, coordinate, and arrange candidate interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Provide administrative support to HR and management teams.
Handle staff queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Assist with other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll processes is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
